Adding notes to the adjustment report

Thank you for your feedback - our product team will certainly review/consider it! In the meantime, you might prefer to review the data from a Custom Export where you can include the "reference" (note)? You would need to extrapolate only the negative values, but this could be achieved fairly easily in Excel with a filter or sort by option.

The "reason" note is listed on other reports. For example the rate adjustment report. Is there a way to add this to our adjustments/deleted items report? I would like that if this is an option on one report it should be an option on all reports that show adjusted revenue. On the adjustment report there is duplicated information. Date & Time Posted and Date & Time Modified. Could the posted date be replaced with the "reason" as shown on the rate adjustment reports. The Date Time Modified is all we need on the adjustment report.
In an effort to make our report approval process 100% digital, I am requesting there be an addition to the adjustment report. I need the adjustment notes left by staff when making an adjustment to print on the report. Or at the very least add it as an option when printing a new report or when we schedule a report to generate automatically.
