Guest Card Duplicate OTA

Hi Cassie,
I'm pleased to share that you also can now merge guest cards that have active reservations with release 5.96! You can read more about that here.
To aid you in this effort, our product team also released a new Duplicate Profile Report in release 5.97. You can read more about it here. It is currently in pilot and you'll need to reach out to our support team to request that it is enabled for you. We hope this meets your needs and appreciate your continued feedback!

Guests who reserve their rooms with OTAs but regularly stay with us have a new Guest Card profile created every single reservation. If we happen to recognize the guest, we will then merge the cards. However, it would be nice if Stayntouch could recognize that all of the information in the newly generated guest card is identical to an existing one and prompt a merge.
