Stay through rate restrictions and promotion rates

Sentral wants the ability to set stay through restrictions that allows bookings to be made through their website/booking engine, which connects directly to Stayntouch and not through a CRS. For example, closed restriction is set on Saturday and Sunday for a corporate negotiated rate, however, when a guest wants to book that contracted rate from Thursday through Monday, they should still be able to make a reservation despite the closed restrictions on Saturday and Sunday, where the guest can book Contracted rate for Thursday and Friday and then BAR for Saturday and Sunday.
