This feature is requested by Mint House as well, the new feature "Charge Code Filter: Guest Bill & Accounts" help to an extent and as this is a common daily occurrence, having an automatic refund feature will help operations tremendously.

It would be great to have the option to auto refund taxes after a given point - for example, in the state of Wisconsin if a guest stays 30 consecutive days they become tax exempt. Right now it the hotel must manually update the guest to tax exempt and refund the applicable taxes. The prior PMS system we used had the ability to mark taxes as refundable after X number of dates (the hotel could specify) and also the option to auto refund at that time too in the settings.
Would also be helpful if a reservation was marked as 'tax exempt' after they guest had already stayed a few nights and been charged taxes, to have the system prompt if taxes already charged should be refunded automatically rather than needing to go in and manually do.
