Currently, we can only make a note an alert if we go into each individual reservation. If you mark a note as "apply to all reservations" in a group, you cannot edit it on the individual reservations, and there is no option to make a note an alert for all rooms in a group. So for example, if I have a gift bag for each room in a group rooming list, I have to apply an alert to each individual reservation manually - this is so inefficient & leads to misses.
