Guest card merging regardless of active reservation

When merging guest cards, we are EXTREMELY restricted/limited on when we can do it given we are not able to merge when the guest has an active or upcoming reservation. The pros of having this feature greatly outweigh the cons and will enhance our ability for guest tracking and satisfaction.

I'm pleased to share that you can now merge guest cards that have active reservations with release 5.96! You can read more about that here.

Our product team released a new Duplicate Profile Report in release 5.97. You can read more about it here. It is currently in pilot and you'll need to reach out to our support team to request that it is enabled for you. We hope this meets your needs and appreciate your continued feedback!
