As part of our commitment to proactive system enhancements for maximum performance, we will be conducting scheduled database maintenance on Monday, November 4, 2024, from 9pm-12am EST (Tuesday, November 5, 2024 from 3am-6am CEST) for customers using https://pms.stayntouch.com. The upgrade is expected to take approximately 3 hours in the background, and StayntouchPMS will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes around 11pm EST (5am CEST, Tuesday, November 5). During this service interruption, you will not be able to log into or access the PMS. The upgrade is scheduled during off-peak hours to minimize operational impact. In preparation for the approximately 30-minute downtime, we recommend printing the following reports to have them readily available for reference.
Arrival Report (Select INCL RES. NOTES, INCL GUEST NOTES, and INCLUDE ACTIONS from the OPTION(S) field and run for the next two days)
Action Manager Report
Departure Report
Guest Balance Report
In-House Guests Report Credit Check Report (Select INCL RES. NOTES, INCL GUEST NOTES, and SHOW GUESTS from the OPTION(S) field)
Print a Room Status Report from Housekeeping > Room Status
Print a Detailed Availability Report from the Availability screen (Select the 14-day view)
The service disruption is expected to last around 30 minutes or less. Once resolved, you can log into the PMS and resume normal operations. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve the performance of our databases.
