Hi Erica,
That isn't an option right now. While our product team considers your request, you might consider adding a 2nd add-on that is set to post on last night and consume next day - that would give you a credit that can be used on the morning of departure.

On the add- on type: Is there anyway add ons post type put in Daily (Because on the last day it's not taking off the food credit.)
