Report that has Add-On and Room Attendance Setting for Reservation/Stay

We would like a report for specific add-on and the setting for room attendance on the corresponding reservation. We would use this to run a report for arrivals with our Go Green Credit (that opts guest out of housekeeping) to verify that the room attendance has been manually update to Go Green (no stayover service). Right now we run the add-on report, but have to open each reservation to verify room attendance setting was updated following booking, would love to not have to open reservation and just see this info on report for team efficiency.
