Can we get the ability to scan an ID and capture the information within the stay card? Can this be done with a double sided scanner, like a Thales CR5400? This would eliminate having to flip the ID, along with waiting for the camera to focus on the ID.

Hello - we have plans to work with a new ID scanning / validating tool that works with a specific double sided scanner that should resolve this for you. Development work has not begun yet, but it is planned. We will keep you posted.
