Knowledge Base and Customer Support

Hello,

Can the following links be added on the main dashboard so users can access the Knowledge Base or Customer Support? 

 Helpdesk Stayntouch (freshdesk.com) and Stayntouch Academy (docebosaas.com)

The end user can click on the link to the main dashboard instead of opening a new web browser to access the articles or open a customer support link.
