We propose an enhancement to the PMS to support profile hierarchies, allowing for the differentiation between private and business addresses/communication methods, and the use of different templates for bookers and guests. Additionally, we request a CRM trigger within the PMS itself, independent of an external CRM system.
Profile Hierarchy
Different Addresses/Communication Methods: Enable the ability to store and differentiate between private and business addresses, as well as communication methods (e.g., phone numbers, emails) within a single profile. This would allow users to manage both types of information without needing separate profiles.
Template Differentiation:
Template A (Booker) & Template B (Guest): Allow for the use of different communication templates based on the profile type, such as one template for the booker and another for the guest. This would enable more tailored and relevant communication depending on the role of the individual in the booking process
Introduce a CRM trigger feature directly within the PMS, enabling automated actions or notifications based on specific profile or booking activities, without relying on an external CRM system.
