Guest update information

Good evening,

I am reaching out with a question. I would like to know if theres a way we can edit or add on to the registration cards? we would like for guest to be able to update/ add phone & email upon checking-in.

Hi The Broome Hotel, a guest can update their phone number and email while checking in if they use our self service options (i.e., Stayntouch Guest Mobility or Kiosk) for checking in. You can submit a ticket to activate Stayntouch Guest Mobility/Kiosk or receive training from one of our team members. Hi Broome Hotel - to further clarify - you can control what appears on the printed registration card via the Stationery settings. Our support team can assist you further if you open a ticket if you need help, but we have Knowledge Base articles on this to help you.
