Team, we have been enjoying Stay touch however, I have a feature request.
It has been confusing to both front desk and housekeeping when the clean rooms are listed on the vacant- ready section. Technically are not since guest being checked in in inspected rooms only. I am requesting to add clean rooms in the vacant - not ready section.

Hello Team,
Can we please unable Daytripper reservations to select vacant dirty, vacant pick up and vacant clean rooms in the system automatically when booked. This creates a huge issue with the guest when they arrive to check in at the self check in kiosk. If the reservation is assigned to a dirty room the self check in will prompt the guest to please see a staff member. Indicating we do not have a room ready in our system during their arrival. However in most cases we do have rooms vacant inspected for them to get checked in but the self check in kiosk doesn't allow for the system to select a new room for the guest. We attempted to take off auto check in and put as sent to queue however we ended with the same result whenever the reservation has a preassigned dirty room. If there is a way the self check in can select a new vacant inspected room for the guest rather than prompting them to go see an agent it'll assist us greatly here at the TWA. If not, is it possible to have the system to NOT automatically select a dirty room at the time of booking for Daytrippers. Please see below open ticket.
