Add housekeeper names to boards without creating a user for hotels where a housekeeper is not logging in / not using ipads and mobile; would be nice if you can create a board and assign the housekeeper name afterwards too.

No email required for housekeepers / easier way to simply add housekeeping employee names to boards for properties with a lot of turnover
