Hi Sarike,
Will the new custom group rate functionalities that we are piloting allow Zoku to use custom rate instead when those are publicly available? If not, what is keeping them from being able to use custom rate?
If custom rate is not an option - have they considered creating additional rate codes for use when you have multiple groups in house so that you can have 1 on each rate code? I do not anticipate a solution that would allow multiple rate values for the same dates on the same rate code as that is a significant logic change that would not follow the logic our partnered vendors follow either; custom group rates are intended to mitigate this need.

Currently, it is not possible to set up individual rates for the same rate code for a group with overlapping dates. This limitation affects the ability to manage multiple groups with varying rates during the same time period.
