Functionality:An additional field on the Kiosk interface where guests can input their company address.The information should be automatically included in their reservation details and accessible in the PMS. Option to save this information for future stays to streamline the process for returning guests.
Implementing this feature would significantly improve the check-in experience for our corporate clients and ensure their billing details are accurately/ correctly captured.
