Block kiosk check-in for flagged guests

Hotel Verdandi is requesting a trigger that when a guest card is flagged, the guest is not able to check-in through the kiosk. It is a staffless hotel and therefore, this trigger is necessary to avoid guests that are not allowed to check-in.
