Flexibility in day of sending pre check-in email (guest mobility)

Badhotel & Fox Hotel want flexibility in the day of sending the pre checkin email. Currently, you can only adjust the time of sending this email, but the days are fixed (1 day prior and day of arrival). The hotel works with a payment term of 48 hours prior to arrival, therefore the pre checkin email is sent too late.
