Really like the idea of the OOI feature but, without the ability to go backwards in time, it does not achieve the goal of keeping occupancy numbers correct. For example, we just added 3 more rooms and I wanted to mark them OOI from Jan 1 forward so that our YTD and MTD numbers would be accurate. However, it is not possible to set a room OOI in the past so there is currently no way to keep the occupancy stats accurate.
I recognize that this is different from the way OOO and OOS work but also feel that OOI is much less valuable without this ability.
