Mandatory Fields

Hi Cameron! Making the field mandatory isn't a settings option right now, but we'll keep your request in mind for future enhancement. In the meantime, I suggest training / informing your team that your standard procedure is for them to select a reason when putting a room OOO / OOS. I personally suggest asking them to add a free-form note in the text box as well if there is additional context about the issue that will help for future reflection/reporting purposes.

Good morning! I am hoping to get something changed for me in our settings. When putting a room out of order or service, I would like there to be a mandatory field where the user is required to select a reason before the room goes out of service or out of order. Would this be something you would be able to help me with? I have created tabs in Settings> Rooms>Maintenance Reasons with what i would like the selection to be but i would like to have it mandatory to select the reasons before proceeding.
