Add a decimal place to the hotel occupancy dashboard.

Our hotel for example has 202 rooms. When oversold by 1 the occupancy shows 100% because the decimals aren't included. If a decimal place was included our operations team could more clearly see when we are oversold from the dashboard view. Ex: 203/202 = 100.49%
