Add Loyalty information to Arrivals Report

Hutton Hotel Nashville would like this update to Reports feature as well. We want to be able to run an Arrivals Report to identify all Loyalty Members for certain date range. There is already an option for VIP only; we would like an additional filter parameter for "Loyalty Only".
Hutton Hotel would also like this feature. On the Arrivals report, add an additional filter parameter called "Loyalty only" (which is similar function to "VIP only")

Stoney Creek would like to have the loyalty program, number, and tier displayed on the Arrivals report. This is guest service information that each agent should have to properly address and serve the guest.
The loyalty program used at Stoney Creek is Maverick by SHR.
