Google is requesting to have the option to generate confirmation letters automatically for all reservations, not just the Stayntouch created ones. Today they are manually touching each new reservation not created in Stayntouch and clicking on the Send Confirmation button. This is very time consuming and they figure about 1200 Synxis reservations monthly are having to have the confirmation manually sent.
