Google would like to have the ability to utilize the payment link post checkout. The link expires at the point of checkout. Because they have staff-less Front Desks, they don't always capture full payment before the tenant leaves. This would help them to collect payment in full after departure. They asked about the possibility of having a payment link on a separate platform. I advised them they could pull arrival reports at Corporate level and charge outstanding room and tax prior to check in, but they still would like me to proceed with this as a priority for them.

This would be beneficial for my property as we require the ability to collect payments for one off items that aren't linked to a booking (e.g. postage for lost property returns and restaurant booking deposits)
