Create Task Management Sheets in Advance for Housekeeping

Urby Jersey City, Urby Harrison, and Urby Dallas have requested the ability to create task management sheets in advance. Currently, you can only truly make task management sheets in the day for the day because when you change the date to a future date, the PMS assumes that currently unoccupied rooms will become dirty (even if there is not a guest scheduled to stay in that room) and adds more tasks to assign than will be needed.

It would be ideal if the user could create the boards for the week in advance, and then any last minute tasks (due to a last minute booking) are unassigned and can be handled and assigned once they are present.

This would help the properties with scheduling their contract housekeeping services and reduce manual work for the team on the Housekeeping Manager's off days.

Cobblestone would like for the Task Management overview screen to reflect the current OTB numbers for departures, stayovers, etc. when you update the calendar view to a future date.
