Housekeeping Tasks - Allow for One-Off Scheduled Tasks

At properties that do not provide daily stayover service, many choose to offer it upon request. We would like to see an enhancement that would allow a user to schedule a certain Housekeeping task (i.e Stayover Cleaning) for a specific date.
Our current suggested workaround is to create Stayover tasks by weekday (Req Monday Stayover, Req Tuesday Stayover, Req Wednesday Stayover, etc.) and have the user update the reservation's task in the Room Attendance section.
This works for some guests, but does not work for guests staying longer than one week (where this type of request is most prevalent) since the task would re-occur on that day every week until the guest departs UNLESS the user remembers to change the Stayover task on the stay card the following day. The unless part is the most challenging - it requires user intervention and would be much better if that was not required.
Ideally, a user could go into a reservation at any point and select a date from a calendar to schedule a task; ideally multiple dates, and then that task would appear as an assignable task for the housekeeping boards on that date/those dates.
