Hi Christine - the group rooming list import feature was released last year and has to be turned on by the support team. Please log a support ticket requesting that it be enabled for your property. Also, have you tried changing the bill layout for the group account? You might like Summary by Charge Code or Summary by Room:
We cannot upload group rooming lists and can only enter in names manually. There’s no slot for email addresses, I will have to enter each email address into each individual reservation in order to send out an email confirmation.
There’s no option to merge a group billing that itemizes the guest rooms, incidentals, catering, AV. I have to manually prepare the group billing vs a system, merge doc. If there’s someone in SNT that can help create this merge, that would be great! Let me know.
