STR Integration - support for segmented data

When reporting to STR for Historical data, hotels need to follow these guidelines and provide nightly data for:

• Rooms available to sell (see guideline notes on if or if not to include OOO)
• Total rooms sold excluding comps
• Food & Beverage Revenue
• Other Revenue (no tax)
• Total Revenue (no tax)
• Segmented rooms data:

Transient: 

• Total individual rooms sold excluding comps
• Total individual room revenue

Group:

• Total group rooms sold excluding comps
• Total group room revenue

Contract: *most* hotels reporting to STR outside of airport hotels don't have room reservations that meet the guideline requirements and therefore wouldn't be as concerned about this. If they do though, it would be:

• Total contract rooms sold excluding comps
• Total contract room revenue
