Room ready email - send even when reservation has been "touched" - i.e. manual room assignment

Hotel Boulderado (Schulte) would like to see an enhancement that auto checks in guests and sends the room ready email when the room's housekeeping status flips to ready and the reservation is in queue (would ideally like this to work even when Kiosk and Guest Mobility are not involved).

Currently, the room ready email only sends if a guest checks in via Kiosk and their room is pre-assigned but not ready. We would like to see this enhanced so that ALL guests in mobile check in or on queue get an email when they have an assigned inspected room regardless of when it was assigned or if it was assigned manually.
