Housekeeping Credits Support / or allow full shift times to be in increments of 5 not just 15

Set working shift down to the minute (to manipulate for credits) - for example, if a unionized hotel only allows a max of 14 credits and is manipulating the minutes value as a credit value, we can only set the max shift time to 15 minutes so the number does not match.
After 8 check outs, they go down a credit in terms of the max credits assigned; we either want more complex credit calculations OR show the number of check outs for each board at a quick glance

Allow Full Shift times to be in increments of 5 not just 15 OR better support for housekeeping credits instead of times; many hotels in NYC use .5 credits which means you can’t use 1 minute per credit and have to manipulate into 10 minutes = 1 credit, 15 minutes = 1.5 credits, 30 minutes = 3 credits which makes it more challenging for Housekeeping to understand how many credits each Housekeeper has assigned to them at a quick glance.
