PUBLIC Hotels would like to see the following enhancement made to the Pick Up Key settings for Kiosk - this is a very high priority for them.
When you toggle on AUTHENTICATE CREDIT CARD, this asks the guest to verify the last 4 digits of the card on file or allows them to enter a new credit card. PUBLIC Hotels does not like that it allows guests to enter a new credit card and would prefer that it only requires guests to verify the last 4 digits of the card on file, or that the feature allows you the option to select if you would or would not like to allow guests to enter a new CC.
