Group name column on the commissions report

Penticton Lakeside Resort would benefit from this feature.
Penticton Lakeside Resort would also like to see the total commissionable amount on the report (vs. only the revenue and rate amount, requiring calculations to double check the amount).
Ie: 5 nights at $140 - total revenue is $812, but the commissionable amount is $700 (ergo the need to calculate 5 x140 to verify the 'net amount' as correct)
Penticton Lakeside Resort would also like to see the report include the TA address (when only one TA selected).

As requested by The Asbury, to please included a column that shows the group name on the commissions report so that reservations associated to groups can be identified
