While this cannot be extracted in a report format from the PMS, I took and uploaded screenshot of the data presented there and used the following AI prompt in ChatGPT to extract more manipulatable data: "Create a data table from this chart that can be manipulated in excel"

The team would like to have "Statistics on peak check in times per day" by e.g. adding times/ timeslots to the Check Out/ Check Out report. This will help analysis when most check ins happen to better anticipate and allocate the right amount of resources to the right times.
