Link for booking schedule and promo codes

 Hello,

I have a couple questions related to promoting rates.

Is there a way to produce a link that links directly to  a link, so that we can advertise a special in an email and direct readers to a "book now" that links to a special rate.

Is there a way to create a promo code that the user can use to get the rate?

We use Windsurfer as a booking engine......do I need to do something there?
