Current Check In/Check Out report shows the successful Kiosk check-in but does not show number of Kiosk check-in failures, types of failures. PUBLIC hotel would like to be able to see the overall check-in/out success and failures including type of failures, and how many guests attempted to check in on the kiosk and ran into an issue which forced them to speak to a PUBLIC advisor.
