Airbnb is removing the auto forwarding of emails to guests. This means that invites to check in via the web early and room pin delivery can't reach the guest.
We have a workaround to invite guests to check in using the URL which we deliver via a text message via Whistle, but they can't get the pin and room ready email.
Can we add a step to mobility check in to collect a guest email address for the room ready notification/key delivery?
