Disruption to CRS Reservation Import on Sunday, July 16
On Sunday, July 16, 2023, a few hotels experienced a temporary disruption in connectivity to their integrated CRS for approximately 60 minutes between 7-8pm EST. As a result, some reservations from the CRS or Channel Manager may not have been added to Stayntouch PMS. These would have been delivered via email. You can trigger these reservations from your CRS/Channel Manager once again to have them synced between both systems, or alternatively, manually enter them on Stayntouch PMS with the corresponding external reference number, so both systems reflect the reservations.
