IBE: Add-Ons Sold Separately on IBE

Schick Hotels is highly interested in this functionality. They would like to this feature as soon as possible. If pilot hotels are needed, they would probably accept to be one.
Tu Tu'Tun Lodge is very interested in this functionality and is willing to be a pilot property / beta tester.

Rest Yourself Ranch is currently using SNT IBE. They are requesting that Add-ons to be sold separately as additional options outside the rate codes. So once the guest chooses the rate the add-ons should pop up.
