Promotional Comp Rooms Duplicating in both OTA and COMP Lines

This is a message to report that, even when there is a promo (ex. Stay 2 nights and get the 3rd for free) through an OTA, the "free" night is hitting both the complimentary rooms line and also the OTA line in our financial system. On days when we are sold out (75 rooms sold) and there are, say 3 rooms under this promo, our financial system will show 78 rooms sold. This really needs to be adjusted as soon as possible as it is causing us to manually enter the data each morning as it is not integrating correctly. 

There has to be a way for SNT to communicate with our financial system to know the difference between a comp room for promo and a comp room for service recovery or voucher, etc.
