We often have people call to make a reservation and either need to check with a partner, calling for the kids, etc and dont have credit card on them or are travelling and do not have option to provide all details.
It would be nice to be able to make a pencil booking with the option to complete less information and put a timeframe on the booking i.e. will hold the room for the next 30 minutes. If the guest has not called back within that time the system would cancel the booking and release hold on the room.
