Pickup Rates not Transferring from Stay and Touch Back to Amadeus

Hi Bob, I am the Integration specialist assigned to this case. You need to contact SnT support. We have not received any departed production messages from SnT since June 2nd. We are getting other messages just not departed production messages. Once they correct the issue they need to resend the departed production messages after 6/2/23 through the day before they fix the issue. Please let me know if you are all set with this issue or if further assistance is needed.
