Our front desk and housekeeping teams are running into an issue where they are not able to pull a report that shows all room types at the property along with Arrivals, Departures, Stay Overs, Room status (clean, dirty, ready etc.) and pick-up. The current reports available do not show which room types need to be cleaned for arrivals. Please see attached for an example of the kind of report we'd want. The Rooms Status view only provides part of the information needed here, it does not provide an overview of how many rooms of each type are currently available and clean in a view that can be compared with the number of arrivals by room type. The attachment I provided shows this from another legacy PMS and is very valuable to the on property staff.
