Option date for single reservation

We would love to be able to add an option date for individual reservation, which are not guaranteed. 

So everyday we could get a report which reservation expires today so to follow up.

Also requested by Saillant: automatic release date/time to be set on optional reservations for individual reservations. When placing optional reservation it can be taken out of inventory, but when automatically released, it goes back into inventory and no manual action is required.
