Hello so I have a guest who had made 4 reservations 103495,103496,103497,103498. For some reason I cannot check this guest in every time I select the green check in button nothing changes it does not move into the guest bill where it would show complete check in. We already have a proper payment and information for reservation all the rooms are properly inspected on the room diary side of thing so I do not know what is going on. I am able to check in other guest just for some reason this guest and his 4 reservations wont let me
