Merging Profile / Stay Card

No easy way to merge profiles if there is a confirmed booking in the system - If there is a confirmed booking, it is not possible to merge profiles. It would be nice to be able to merge it in the guest profile (when you are in a reservation)
Ideally, the system recognizes similarities between profiles, indicates a percentage match, and allows you to merge the correct or relevant data.
I'm pleased to share that our product team released a new Duplicate Profile Report in release 5.97. You can read more about it here. It is currently in pilot and you'll need to reach out to our support team to request that it is enabled for you. We hope this meets your needs and appreciate your continued feedback!
You also can now merge guest cards that have active reservations with release 5.96! You can read more about that here.

Is there a report that could show duplicate profiles/stay cards that we could print so we can start merging all duplicate stay cards? Also, when we try to merge some stay cards, SNT does not permit it due to active reservations. Thank you.
