Export to CSV - all reports especially non-scheduled version of Financial Transaction Reports

Sage Hospitality / The Asbury / Asbury Ocean Club would like the ability to export all ad-hoc reports to CSV. For many reports, print/save as PDF is the only option.

They especially want this for the Financial Transaction reports. Currently, you can only get a CSV version if you schedule the report:

Financial Transaction - Revenue Report
Financial Transaction - Payment Report
Financial Transaction - Adjustment Report
Financial Transaction - Summary Report

Penticton Lakeside Resort would like this as well, also for the Financial Transaction reports in particular.

Our audit team is finding these to have more information than the exported journal, but they can't export and sort the financial transaction reports for filtering and review.
