Hotel Renew and Lotus Honolulu at Diamond Head would like to see this feature enhancement, as well. They would like to have the most selected countries (typically United States) appear at the top of the list instead of having to scroll all the way down to the U section.
Hi,
The second request is already possible for both country and nationality lists. If you set your favourites in the sort order in 'Countries' in Hotel Admin, you can have them appear at the top. This will apply to PMS, Kiosk and Mobility:

Thanks Nicki. Yes - I missed this enhancement being released. Julia filled me in. Very cool!
Waikiki Malia / MacNaughton would also like to see this functionality as it is a big time saver for the Front Desk / Reservations team and helps ensure accurate data collection.
They would like the ability to change the country when appropriate for a guest from a different country, but by default they would like the country to auto populate with their most common country for guest addresses (default country should be selectable by property in Settings).
