An example of printable data they'd like to see condensed from many pages to 1-2 pages is the Room Status screen

Hotel Zelos would like to also see condensed reports in regards to the Arrival, In-House, and Departure Report.

Hotel Renew and Lotus Honolulu at Diamond would like to see this functionality. The reports are good, but would be better if can be able to condensed to 1 page and only displaying relevant information especially since it may be shared with different departments - Housekeeping, Maintenance, Management that do not need to see all the detail. Currently they are able to do this with their legacy PMS.
La Pensione would like to have the option to condense/reduce the data/information displaying/printing out for the the reports. Some of the reports can be pages long and it would be super helpful if an option would be to print a condense/summary version. For example, the Arrival Reports, when printed can be several pages long. It would be good to just have a 1 page summary of the arrival - guest name/dates/nights. The condensed report can then be handed off to other team/departments that only need an arrivals report without the extra information.
Another report would be the daily transactions to only show actual transactions for the day and not all the charge codes.
