Housekeeping reports and functions

Good Afternoon Team,

I am looking for help with some actions that will assist housekeeping when it pertains to information and set-up for daily cleanings. We are looking to modify the  system we use to track/highlight specific guest and avoid any confusion on what units need service. I currently have a excel spreadsheet with self made formula being used in correlation with the in-house report but looking to modify to match stay in touch.
